It's been like this for months, probably even since previous versions, but I just got round to reporting it today! My chrome version is 17.0.963.83. Neither control click or simple click brings it up. Is this an issue anyone else has? I've pretty much stopped relying on FinderPop for this reason and that's quite tragic. I've used it for years and years!
