Running macOS 10.13 Beta. Tried installing FP and got the warning about un-supported OS.. It wouldn't start. I used your
defaults write com.finderpop.finderpop ignoreSysVersionCheck -bool true
. This worked..!!!! :D :D :D Works great on the new OS. Thank you kind sir.. Been using FinderPop since 2002. Now I can't live without it..

FinderPop 2.5.9 confirmed working in macOS Sierra, with system protection disabled. Excellent!!!

OSX 10.11 reports Finderpop is not compatible.. Really?!?!? Haha.. I know its a bit early, just a FYI..

Here's a version of 2.5.7 which is compatible - I just bumped the version check. Apparently it works OK on El Capitan.
