When I try to install the preferences pane (With system preferences off) I receive this message "can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer." "Your security preferences allow installation of only apps from the Mac App Store and identified developers." I dragged the pane into the Library, restart, The panel is inside the System preferences, but it doesn't load and I get the same error message.. Gilbert

Moutain Lion give me an error message..
